Told by Mama is an independent business based in the Netherlands creating personalised hardcover children's books. Contact us at contact@toldbymama.com.
Every Told by Mama book is individually personalised by hand based on the details you provide at checkout. Books are printed on demand by our print partner Lulu Press and shipped directly to you.
By placing an order you confirm that:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering. Please double-check all spelling, dates, times and names before submitting your order.
If you notice an error within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us immediately at contact@toldbymama.com and we will correct it before printing at no extra cost.
After 24 hours we cannot guarantee changes can be made as production may have already begun.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Free worldwide shipping is included in the price.
