Because every Told by Mama book is uniquely personalised and made to order, our refund policy reflects the nature of our products.
As each book is individually created with your specific personalisation details, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
We encourage you to carefully review all personalisation details before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your personalisation details within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@toldbymama.com. We will correct the error before printing at no extra cost.
If an error was made by us — such as incorrect details appearing in the book that differ from what you provided — we will reprint and reship your book at no cost to you.
If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@toldbymama.com with:
We will assess your claim and, where valid, arrange a free reprint and reship at no cost to you.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date please contact us at contact@toldbymama.com. We will investigate with our print partner and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. To cancel please contact us immediately at contact@toldbymama.com.
After 24 hours cancellations cannot be guaranteed as your book may already be in production.
Where a refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
